Auntaria is a Florida native of Miami-Dade County. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Barry University, a master’s degree in education and an Educational Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership. She is a Florida DOE certified teacher and trainer.
Auntaria has worked with a diverse population of learners for over 25 years in grades K-12, adult education, informal youth programs, corporate training, and as a training director. In addition to her professional endeavors, she founded the Dennis Project in 2012 and has worked in the community to inspire underserved youth to reach their full potential.
Having lost one of her greatest inspirations (grandmother Amelia Dennis) to breast cancer, Auntaria remains determined to enrich, empower, and engage youth through the organization’s education and family enrichment programs.
