Looking for a high energy volunteer opportunity working with youth? This is a great opportunity for you! Volunteers will assist with STEM community outreach programs: 

• After school, out-of-school days and on weekends.
• Held at parks, libraries, schools and community centers
• Located throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County 

Volunteer guidelines:

• Must be at least 14 years of age 
• Complete a volunteer application  
• Attend volunteer orientation and trainings
• Pass a level 2 background screening (18 older) - paid by TDP   
• Must be able to travel to various sites

Volunteer duties: 

• Register in advance for volunteer opportunities  (see below) 
• Work with diverse populations of youth  in grades K-12 and assist with STEM activities 
• Set-up and break down activities 
• Lifting/bending/kneeling/standing  
• Volunteering outside at community events 
• Other duties including clerical assignments, as needed
