Our outreach programs are designed to increase awareness and access of minority girls underrepresented in STEM. Girls Represent in STEM is focused on real-world applications and experiences that change unenthusiastic attitudes toward the sciences and encourages girls to pursue STEM related fields.
Our STEM programs improve critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, & leadership skills while building character & cooperative skills.
Our K-12 STEM outreach programs are fun-filled, hands-on, two-way engagements that enhance education and out of school community enrichment programs.
There is a direct correlation between child well-being and improving the skills of fathers and helping them understand the importance of their role in their children's lives.
Fathers Stepping Up! is a fatherhood program committed to increasing father involvement and restoring the positive influence of men in the lives of their children. Using an evidence-based curriculum, we provide dad development workshops that improve the attitudes, knowledge, and skills of fathers, fathers-to-be, and father figures.

The Game Changers YAC is a paid internship program for youth 14-24. It equips young people with the tools to become Game Changers in industry & their community.
Through learning labs, hands-on activities, and volunteerism youth gain 21st century workforce readiness skills and life & soft skills: problem solving, cooperation, effective communication, physical and mental wellness.
Our workplace readiness workshop series is designed to help improve in-demand employability and soft skills in individuals entering, re-entering, and changing careers.
Participants engage in learning labs that improve their chances of securing and sustaining consistent, meaningful employment regardless of their job duties.
Our program support, technical assistance and professional development services help organizations incorporate best practices to create effective and sustainable work in the community.
